Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Last years target is a bit soft as I haven't ran since early September.

Feel like I have unfinished business with the 2022 target I was trying to beat last year !

Ot a big fan of this sort of thing, but it is an idea for ne in '24 because my total mileage dropped off a little last year.

I'm in. 2023 at 1035 miles was my lowest mileage for 9 years, so should be able to beat it this year.

+57 on last year after week 1. Good start. In fact, it was one of my highest weekly totals ever.

I have a 190km January target from 2023, haven't had the best first week with a lot of travel, but 54km isn't too bad. I have 38km just in two races this coming weekend, the rest should be fine.

I crashed and burned at the final hurdle for 2023, ending up 55 miles short. A hip injury in December meant I missed 10 days of running and then easing myself back in to make sure the hip was OK.

Back for more in 2024, but I need to start listening to the Running Gods and do the boring stuff like strength, mobility training. I know it makes sense, but...... 😂
