I did 60 secs each side for the first lot of side planks but that seemed excessive and did 30 secs on subsequent ones.

Missed a couple of days on the squats, but caught up last night with lots of squat jumps. They're good! :-)

Plank challenge is over until my shoulder is better, so doing some crunches instead.

Missed another day! Needed to catch up on running after my beer and bratwurst bender in Germany, was just way to tired afterwards :(

Push ups?! Arrggghhh! Only managed 3 sets of 6. Not sure about those narrow planks either.

I found the push ups easier than normal ones, didn't have to resort to girly versions. With the pistol squats I couldn't get very low.
