Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I've had it with the squats. My knees were starting to complain big time and to be honest I didn't feel any benefit from doing them :(

Slidey walking plank today. Quite hard and I did 3 x 45 secs, rather than the required 3 x 60 but that was enough if I was to maintain good form

Done. Rather unsatisfactory mish mash of all the different squats. Didn't feel very hard doing so few of each, even though there were 5 sets. Today's planks were, again, more tough on the arms than the core. Think that's it, if the challenges are 30 days. Will keep doing some of these moves as part of my core and strength work.

Just about to do the final day of squats but it does look a bit of an anti-climax with 5 of each squat.

A day off and then it's onto the next challenge. My shoulder is still bad so no planks yet. I will look for a new abs one...

Well done Arjin and good luck with the next - let us know if you find anything good.

I did my final plank in the challenge- a 2 minute hold. I'm pleased that this one never required any longer than that. The appealing thing about it was the variety but some of them have been pure evil.

Well done to everyone who completed the challenge. I failed miserably, but hope to include some of the planks into my regular strength routine.
