Cheating again today, needless to say, since it was a variation on a high side plank (side dip followed by leg lift). I did a low variation and that was still quite tough for 3 x 45 secs each side.

My roast lunch today was far too enormous to be thinking about planks, so another fail for me :( Mind you I think I would have had to cheat somehow because those high side planks really hurt my wrists.

Cheating once more with these. Didn't have enough space to move for 15 secs to each side, so it was more like 5, and I did 3 x 40 secs, rather than 75. This is another that hard on the legs.

Curtsey squats were fine.

Tried the curtsy squats but arthritic toe joints made them too painful so did kick back instead.

I have well and truly fallen off this - once I had missed a few days I found it impossible to refind the motivation. Well done to those of you pursuing it - I might have another go at the squats one, I did find those easier to do on non running days.

Seems like we're all falling off this wagon one by one! :(

I'm feeling like crap with a streaming cold so have no motivation at the moment. Maybe in a couple of days.

Split squats have beaten me as well today so kick backs substituted again. Not sure how much more of the rest I will physically be able to do but I will just do something else in its place. Ok it's maybe not the original challenge but at least I am still doing something each day which is better than nothing ;)

Comparatively easy side plank combo today to go with the split squats. No cheating needed. :)

Quite right EFL - do what you can and something each day is great.

The lady who does the planks in the photos must have wrists of iron!
