But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Do the Bulgarian ones instead, where the rear foot is on a chair, Arjin. I've had to make that modification before.

Still going. Horrible crawling planks today and it looks like more nasties to come. Squats were fine.

Thanks - the squat one (pistol squats aside) has been a breeze compared with the planks.

Yeah, the squats are ok (although I prefer doing weighted ones) seems weird how they just throw in pistol squats when they are sooooo hard!

Yesterday's planks were predictably nasty. Could do high side plank on left, so that's progress from the start of this, but had to do low plank on the right. Today's were OK as I have done lots of "mountain climbers" of late and they were a sliding version of that.
