I couldn't dip very far as my foot is still a bit ouchy but found the dips to be a good variation. I have tended to rock like this sometimes when doing planks in the past as a way to kill the boredom and vary it up a bit.

I couldn't do the jacks without losing form completely - so I opted for 3 x 60 second low planks instead - it worked my core much more than the jacks. The oblique squats are tiring!

Liked the dips from yesterday, but might have been easier with shoes on. The jacks today didn't feel right, don't think I had good for. Oblique squats didn't seem to be doing much.

Plank jacks, I find are more of an arm workout and good cardio. 60 secs I found tough, especially since I did these after an arm workout. Jump squats were fine, much easier.

Doing these whilst on holiday is really hard! Only did 30 sec for each side x3 reps that was enough. Did sumo squats as the ceiling where I'm staying no high enough for jumping!
