Gluhwein bender?! I'm off to Munich on Thursday, I'd forgotten all about that evil stuff - a old flat mate of mine and I drank everything in the flat once and all that was left was gluhwein, we decided to heat it up by pouring it directly into the kettle and switching it on!! We had wine flavoured tea for weeks!!

Push-ups!? Horrible! These just felt like they were just all about my weedy arms and not about core strength at all :(

agreed on the push up planks, found that they just hurt my shoulders! similar to the high side plank, not sure of the planking point of them! on the sumo side, quite enjoying looking stupid with the squats the last two days.

Did anyone else find the hip dip ones hurting your toes?? Otherwise I found them good - could really feel my core having to kick in towards the end of each set.
