Ugh, straight arm planks are tiring on the arms, these particularly on the shoulders.

i'm still going. not a fan of the high side plank, wrists can't cope! liked the low plank with knee taps and tonights up down planks. I just feel stupid doing the reaching sumo squats.

Achy shoulder not helping. Did my up down planks but sore now. Reaching Sumo squats were good.

I struggled with the up down ones :( only did 1 set of 60 seconds, then 45 and then only 30 - I think tackling them after an hour of Pilates was a mistake! I liked the sumo squats.
