Ran with the club last night - admittedly it wasn't the usual muster run but I can't say I enjoyed it all that much - I think I prefer to keep Thursday as my solo run night.

Not running is so hard!! Last rest day today, hopefully back to schedule tomorrow with a recovered left leg!

My normal week looks something like:

Monday - rest
Tuesday - club "pub" run of 5 - 6 miles at pace of slowest runner
Wednesday - teach aerobics class
Thursday - club session which could be time trial, hills, intervals or tempo
Friday - rest
Saturday - parkrun with mile warm up and cool down
Sunday - long run of at least 10 miles or race.

Did 7 miles yesday and planing on doing parkrun after work tonight I try it last week and it was OK with no sleep did it in 29 mins just mean I go bed latter then I normal do it only 3 miles so not far how is everyone running goin I need to get back to it again

I run on Sundays (slowly between 4 and 6 miles), track session with tri club Monday, rest Tuesday, my own running group (4-5 miles) Wednesday, swim Thursday, cycle circuit Friday and swim Saturday. I ride my horse as well (4 times a week in the summer, twice in winter) and do a fitness DVD with staff on Thursdays after school.
