Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

4.65 miles today.

I usually do the 700 miles in the year with ease, but running behind at present thanks to taking time off while the knee recovers.

Children's parties, Karl - I remember it well!

Only managed 1 run last week (Thurs pm). Had planned to run yesterday too but ran out of time. Hope to get 2 done this week but my first opportunity won't be until Thurs evening again.

Oooh a new thread to follow!
My usual pattern is - Monday, no running; Tuesday - Club group training; Wednesday - Resolution Runners group run; Thursday - solo run; Friday rest day; Saturday - Resolution Runners group run; Sunday - long run, often with some of the RR crew. At the moment I'm running with Twiglet on Thursdays as she gets through C25k so I have been doing my solo run on Fridays.
This week will be a bit all over the place as I have to go to London on Tuesday for the Prom concert.

There's always something to disrupt the pattern.

But then, we wouldn't want to be too rigid about it, would we? That way lies OCD.

This is true Columba - what I find helps is planning around the disruptions so that I don't fret about them!

So today I ran in London this morning - which is (sort of) Tuesday's missed run. Tonight is Resolution Runners as usual :)

Karl, you can't mean you did 10k in 5 minutes.

Ran before breakfast today, 4.71 miles.
