If it's 3 laps then surely being lapped is very likely? Whereas ours is a 2 lap course, so if you're under 30 minutes you're pretty safe usually.

Just thought I would pop in and report back on Keswick pr, lively out and back course not flat but not hilly as such. Run on an old railway track, run briefing done off the station platform. Lovely friendly volunteers and team, even on a showery day it's one of the prettiest pr I have run.
