Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

another vote for x socks - I've never had a blister when wearing them. I like the idea of a "running ship" by the way.

Falke - Mine seem immune to wearing out!
Also have some Tholo which are ancient and I use for cycling when it's cold. They are seemingly indestructible

Another vote for Falke RU3 and RU4 - they are comfortable and really last. I found a pair of xsocks the other day that I'd forgotten I'd bought, and they were unwearable as all the stretch had gone, I think I only wore them twice...

I've bought all sorts and X-socks are the only ones that take years to get a hole in them. They do shrink a bit eventually. Cheaper socks have be done in a few months so not a saving really. No socks have ever given me blisters.
