I've knackered my ITB Can just about do 5k again painfree, so on the up, am doing prescription Yoga and getting duffed up by the physio on a regular basis

RB I have a marathon stick, and use the foam roller at the gym (bliddy hell it hurts). I should get round to buying my own I know, cos they do help. I'll take your prompt as a sign and get one
