Having been out with an ITB issue for 10 months I see it as a good opportunity to make some changes to prevent more injuries. Physio has already put my hips back where they should be but I think this thread could really help. Now if I can only find a couple of spare days to have a proper look at it........and make my ITB stop hurting when I run

Nice to see this thread pop up again halfpint - one of the knee pains I was getting was referred from ITB, the increased cadence & shortened strides were enough to sort it out, hope it works for you. my first Fetch post was here a couple of years ago when desperately looking for a way to be able to run again. Am running again, albeit not as prolifically as Santa Thanks so much for this little oasis of constructive help and advice for improving form |
