PaulaMc Jul 2007 7:29pm, 1 Jul 2007 22 posts	Quote Pin PaulaMc Good. Very very good. Took 2.5 mins off of my 5mile time at the club's summer league run (usually plod along at 10 min miles, hoped to just get under 50 mins, managed 47.33). This doesn't happen often so when it does it feels great.

Managed a new PB (52:30)...not exactly an elite runner, but happy considering I've only been running a little over 3 months.
