Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Absolute rubbish :( but I think i'm tired after a hectic week of day trips! although I did still manage to average 11:40 pace covering 4.78 miles in 55:46 mins.

Will get back into a decent mind-set for my midweek run though- will be attempting a 35min 5k.

Thanks everyone. The race was in Kirkcaldy. It was the last in the Summer series arranged by Fife AC. Several times on the way I thought I would turn back cos of the traffic and the rain - I've never seen anything like it. There were no K markers so I had to guess at the pacing and I reckon on a flatter course with dry conditions and better pacing, I might shave a tenth off!

3 laps of Bushy park for me all at an easy pace. Was nice to see everyone and I was relieved not to see any rain.

Nice ten miles along the coast :)

Knocked a whole minute per mile off the pace i did last weeks 11miles.

So fastest ever ten miles.

The fetch predictor has me at 2h20m for my half based on today's training but i'm still hoping for 2h15.

19 miles along the towpath early. Bit of puddle-hopping - but happy to avoid the rain after yesterday's monsoon-busting dash to work...

Only 2 more long runs to go before Berlin :-)
