But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Loved it. Did nearly 8 miles, six of it tempo on my own in the rain. Great! :-)
Got my 20 miler at Derwent in Derbyshire tomorrow :-)

poo-bum run .wanted to do10k...at 4 got pain in left leg .limped home .hub helped me upstairs into hot bath ......im taking up reading me ! ...:-(

thanks santa .....just want to be able to run as far as you do ! keep having set backs but will plod on no doubt....son due to race tommorow but hes just injured himself too ........the malfunctioming family !!
