Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I hope so... Can't believe how far I've come already, thought I was going to die first time I went out... I live in the country so I can't go anywhere without having to go up a hill, thats where I really struggle, almost stopped today, was bouncey walk pace but I didn't stop...

Furthest ever run today... 9.2km in 50 mins - felt really good until the last 500metres or so, and then realised I was knackered!

Still, I am well on track for the Great East Anglian run on 6th May, which wil be my first competitive 10km. Cannot wait! Hurrah!

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Great run, esp given the pain I've had with my shins this week and the fact that I went down with a cold on Friday. What is really annoying is that it might be an official pb but because I can't find my race records from when I was running a few years ago I've always had to guestimate my half pb at 1.50 (I know it's 1.50 and 'change') so that's what Fetch considers to be my pb. Upshot is that I did 1.50.30 so it didn't earn any points. Sorry guys, up to the last quarter mile I was a shoo in for, just, sub-1.50 but a sharp uphill finish isn't great when you've got a stitch (and you're knackered!).

Still, all in all, apart from my disappointment in letting peeps down I'm a happy bunny. :)

Blinking blisters tho! :(
