My run was a silly run because I was a silly person. A gentle 14m LSR became 22 miles of pain.
(secretly inwardly HA IN YOUR FACE ROAD, Pah to getting lost, I'll just run further damn your eyes etc. etc.)

Teignbridge 10 groin strain appeared again after 7 miles, so had to jog slowly for rest of run. Well done to all who bet on me. Pb beaten by 28 mins.

17k, hilly and tough. Longest since coming back from injury. Knee niggled three times, so stopped and stretched the ITB and ran backwards when that happened. Had a little left in the tank in the end, which was good.

Ackworth half marathon. Enjoyed the course and run but missed PB by 3 mins - sorry PB betters - to much cycling and not enough long runs during training. Just ran out of steam at 9 miles. Must train harder, must train harder, must train harder :))

Painfull! 20 miles into what seemed to be a constant head wind, my blister from last week didnt help. Though I am pleased with my time considering 7-8 miles were on hills. Only one more LSR till FLM

Slightly deficient so far - 15.7 miles of a 20-miler done - but I'm happy with the pace
