Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Lovely day. Shame that the moment you head out of Cambridge you're hit by gale force winds (which seem to turn round as you loop...). Had to stop at a garage for more water and they only had the flavoured kind. Which tasted ick but at least got me home. Which is more than my legs did - my odd training theory - all cross training and only one (long) run a week only seems to last up to 15 ish miles. Was attempting 18 today, but walked about half of the last three.

Marked contrast to last week's horizontal rain.....

Damn near killed me.

Getting back into running after almost 3 weeks revising for exams / job hunting & generally sorting my life out.

It was getting dark so swapped the LSR for a 7 mile tempo run & had to take 5 walk breaks!! Hopefully it wont take too long to get back to fitness

Kieren - I am sure it won't be long before you are back on track.

Tarange - well done on your PB! :) I imagine the break did you good.

Very Happy. My first race today (10k) - great to meet RunPendle - made my day, looked after my coat for me (looked great in it), and took my photo - so big thanks to him.
