Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good intervals session. Much more fun running between lamp posts compared to the treadmill. Fun?
Maybe I'm not working hard enough!

Good. Longer and faster than planned. Went through Eton to Windsor and along by the Thamse. Got lost on an islet in the middle of the Thames attempting to find my way back before having to give up and retrace my steps. Pleased at my recovery from Sunday's half.

Rubbish
But then it's a pretty rubbish week for running
Sunday was good. But it's been downhill since. Am not sure when it will improve.

Wet Wet Wet

Loved it actually. Felt a bit tired, but still enjoyed it. Nearly stood on a froggy because I thought he was a leaf :) He escaped.

I really did not want to go this morning and I went as far as lyiing back down on the bed and contemplating getting undressed. So glad I made myself go.

I love running in the rain :)
