Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Fab!!! Wasn't much faster than previous occasions when I'd run the route but setting the garmin to average pace makes life so much easier and thanks to Cabletow's advice to re-lace my shoes my feet felt so much more comfortable today. Had been really worried but am now a happy camper!!

That's ace Kaz, it must be a real relief! Hurrah :)

My legs hurt which isn't good as I'm meant to be doing my first club run tonight... Hopefully Kaza will run with me and hopefully she'll go easy on me!

Good luck Pudd, you're a great runner, you'll be just fine x

Hoorrahhh!!! I ran last night for the first time in about 2 weeks. 7 easy miles and felt OK. For gods sake no one bet on me for a PB on Sunday as I will not be fit enough.

It was a good one. I felt happy and in control. Great not to be coughing. :-)

Not very good, I'm afraid. Did a 4m tempo run, and just couldn't push myself to go the speed I wanted. It also didn't help that I was going past the London Eye, where there are squillions of flipping tourists, so I had to stop, walk, dodge, sidestep and generally get p*ssed off! Better luck next time!

Enjoyable fartlek session along the seafront - I think I've finally got the 2 Indian takeaways in 5 days out of my system - 1st fartless session in a week! :-)

LOL JB!

JJ - honest, I didn't! But the chick that works on the till in the sandwich shop on the corner is drop dead gorgeous. That perked me up after my run.
