Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Cold and hard. Monday's need to be for stretching - I felt stiff and sluggish. Did my last mile (of the six)in 9:12 which is speedy for me, so it was alreet in the end

I hope so! I like stretching, I do. So i stretch after all my runs, but I didn't run yesterday, so didn't stretch. I should stretch everyday cos I stiffen up and am prone to sciatica.

Very scenic with snow on the ground & floating down. Started off nice & slow but seemed to speed up without intending too.Snow fairly heavy at one point & really stung eyes so may have sped up as sub-consciously wanted to get back out of it asap. Sun came out at the end & looking out the window snow seems to have all gone. Flash in the pan that was!
