Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My run was a nice and easy 9mm with a lad I coach called Peter.

I have a list of missing teeth and scars etc.

My run tonight was a bike ride :)

Finally got the other half to fix my bike up -- why is it soo much easier to cycle 10K than to run it? Fun though, and I really enjoyed it. Going to mix up my training abit more now, and must confess that the Tri-side tempts me...

Off to post about cycling equipment now...

I have started cycling in the mornings PamB, for reasons I won't go into as we have been there allready. I find it helps ease all the aches and pains of constant running such as shin splints. However I do find it doesn't give as good a cv workout as running.

I have a broken nose - hopefully will get it straightened some time soon. (Not a nightclub punch up but I think road rage from what I remember.

A bloke asked me to shift my car (parked at the time) so I did, then as I was getting out of my car he sideswiped me so hard it knocked my nose about 1 inch over the other side of my face breaking the bridge in two places and dislodging the septum).
Never found out who it was or anything, no witnesses apart from me and I was busy trying to recover conciousness...

Does that beat broken teeth? :-)
