Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

5.4 miles with Rising Brook Runners. Bit quicker than last week but felt good. May attempt 10k distance over weekend.

4 miles with a friend. Windy, cold, dry and chatty. Just what I needed.

Tried out a couple of injuries after coming off a bike earlier.

Was ok, 5k done.

Great running everyone.

A bit lighter this morning so ran a bit of the Isobel Trail. Only 5k total rather than the 10 contemplated but at least broke me out of the same old route routine.

No running this weekend for me. Calves are still quite sore but should be OK next week.

Have a head cold so took it slow at Kingsbury, which my heart rate suggests was a good idea.

11 miles of hills. I had to walk up half of the steepest of the hills, but overall a decent run considering I wasn't feeling it

2*5 miles. Both were easy-paced affairs after a 20 mile race yesterday. That was a warm one. Still haven't stopped drinking.
