Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

13.15km today in the snow - I enjoyed it, but my legs never really got warm.

Benfleet 15 - more surreal than usual. No mu. as all frozen but run in the snow. Was hard work but quite fun - PB!

That man from March
Cold and not as enjoyable as I would have liked - did 10 miles instead of the cancelled Folksworth 15. 10 miles today, 7 yesterday - now I have developed a sore left knee - bugger :(

15 miles of hills, snow and mud - fantastic. Went out for a run with some guys who are generally way faster than me. Hanging on for grim death by the end but really enjoyed it.

and just short of 1,000ft of climbing - which is about 999ft more than was originally planned as I was originally running the Brass monkey half marathon until it was cancelled.

Reminiscent of hopscotch when you were young albiet 7 miles long and and on icy paths/roads/ snowy verges. Whatever you could find to stay up right...........................

Also feel like i've ran 14 rather than 7, anyhow loved every minute of it :-)
