Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

4x 1250m Kenyan hills - av. 4:58 (Absolutely covered in snow) and reasonable splits considering! Plus 2 miles WU / WD

- Really hard going, I thought I would've been a bit sharper like I am on the mud.. but happy to return.

got pb at parkrun :) - not as good as i have managed in training tho :(

even better - my nike+ is pretty much spot on :) - but garmin only measure the route as 2.99m - not a lot in it, but in the long runs the discrepancy gets much bigger

Lovely run today - slipping and sliding all over the place.. 8 miles @ 7:03 pace which is very good considering the knee-high snow on the climbs.

-- Was running against a strong breeze on snow-covered fields which was quite taxing but still maintained the form and kept it steady. Returned home not tired at all, stopped the watch and then slipped on ice and banged by hip on the kerb.

A little hurt now but I'm just very happy with my run tbh!

8 miles of mixed terrain mostly road but we did a loop off road. 1st run a friend from running club. Makes such a difference having someone to run with :-) It made me slow down as we chatted the miles away ;-) The time flew by:-) I'm looking forward to the longer runs now ;-)
