No sun here. Nasty freezing winds and grey threatening sky.
Will be running afternoon on intervals

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
I should have run with friends but the blasted car wouldn't start so I went on my own. 9 miles, I don't feel 100% I am not sure if my legs are tired after speedwork Thursday or have I not recovered from Abingdon yet? This is the longest I have run since the marathon, it was cold and windy as well!
I am hoping I will be able to get a decent time at St Neots next week, but am a bit worried that I will still feel tired, should I give speedwork as miss next Thursday and do a gentle run instead??

Excellent 8.21 miles in 1:25:55,I ran at a nice steady pace, felt very good afterwards:) This is how I SHOULD have run the GER, wouldn't have felt so knackered at 9 miles then!

Did 8.5 miles with a group from the Gym, 2 of us added an extra loop of 3 miles which included a sizeable hill, took it easy throughout and completed it in around 78 mins......really enjoyed it, weather cold but clear fantastic running weather
Out on the beer tonight as a treat

Did 5 miles at mostly above 70% but seemed easy and in spite of the wind I quite enjoyed it. Tired though.
