Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

10 and a half miles of undulating/hilly road and I enjoyed every minute of it :-) Then a nice one mile run/walk along the towpath home :-) Legs are buzzing they are that tired. Have plenty of endorphins today :-)

Southend Half. 9 great miles followed by a 4.1 mile survival run. Still, I knew the early pace was a gamble. At least I know where I am and what I've got now, and more importantly what I've got to do about it.

Hard hard hard. Supposed to be 14 miles, managed 13.5 (close enough, right?!) and that had walking. Blazing hot this morning and I didn't reign in my running partner when she went off at a pace a minute faster than my normal. Ach.

Three runs today, 6.12miles first thing - wanted to do at least 9, but ran out of time (I know - I should have run faster), so I did another 3 miles after meeting Husbando for breakfast which should have made for an uncomfortable run, but was actually OK. then later this afternoon I did a 3.5 mile 'scouting for a new parkrun route' run - which involved quite a bit of stopping and thinking and taking pictures, but was still a run really!

took OH on run, ended up walking more than running...why won't cyclist husband listen to me and get proper running shoes. Blisters on blisters not good. Still I enjoyed it, love running or walking canals in sunshine.

Ok, so today was supposed to be a rest day, but I went out with running friends for my first ever trail run. 5.7 miles in rain, loads of mud. lots of hills, plenty of puddles, good company and great fun.

Lovely. It was the blacking out in the shower after that wasn't lovely.
