Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Another 10 miler done and dusted a couple of minutes faster than yesterday (1h12 something). Only 2 runners out today for some reason - one was ahead of me and turned off so never saw him again; the other was a woman about 1/3 mile ahead of me and running reasonably fast. Had to hit 6:24 min/mile pace to run past her (luckily the last mile) - felt good to be running faster. Running by myself means I stroll along at my usual 7:10-7:30 pace and rarely push myself.

Lovely gentle Jubilee parkrun with 450 others in Nonsuch Park! Nice to breathe and not feel like puking - nice and easy. :-)

yazoo 800s as there is no club run tonight because it's some sort of celebratory bank holiday, a poor excuse.

still 5 800s, 4 of them at sub 7min pace, good, a bit breezy.

Gentle early morning 5. Good but still a bit too full of Jubilee food and drink for nimble running

A meh-inducing 6 miles of intervals last night. Sure it did me good, but I didn't particularly enjoy it. More of a Curate's Egg Run.
