Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

(almost) 13 miles, windy but cool and no rain so overall good. Is it wrong that i'm disappointed not to have run the 13 miles i was aiming for? When I plotted it on mapmyrun the other day, it was 13.03 miles but today on runkeeper it''s coming up at 12.8 miles. As my GPS on runkeeper app failed again and got stuck at about 9 miles, I didn't find this out till I got in and plotted it! Really want to have covered 13 miles even once before my first half in July from a mental POV.

Great run today at Cambridge parkrun but the 25:00 bus was a bit of an obstacle blocking the path :-) *joke*

My run was great if not a little wet, although I always run faster in the rain so it has its bonuses. I did my 21st parkrun at parkrun and did my second fastest time of 28:39 so I'm very pleasedwith that
