Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How was your run today?

my park run this morning was lovely. A minute faster than last week. Just actually have to do some kind of training now.

Today I got very, very lost and ended up in a field full of evil looking cows (they probably weren't evil, but i'm a city girl and didn't like them). Added an extra three quarters of a mile onto my run so ended up doing my longest run to date of 11.75 miles. Nice weather too.

7mile road run before breakfast around Axe estuary (Seaton, Colyford, Axemouth etc). Stunning morning to be out and not a bad run for road work :-)

11 miles off road through forest trail mainly. *Muddy and wet for and how amazing were my X-Talons? My poor mate was sliding on the hills while the Xs dug in and helped me dig in!

*Probably a rhetorical question not needing a question mark at the end but I'll answer it anyway: bloody amazing!

I had a very nice time at the Balfron 10k race. It's a very well-organised event and lots of friendly supporters. Great scenery, almost enough to take your mind off the hill- yes that hill- the big one, you know what I mean.
