Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Just over 8.21 miles or a hour. Absolutely threw it down in the last 2 miles or so and I got drenched but wasn't going to let that stop me - you can only get so wet ;)

Hard, hilly off-road 8+ miles with my club. One of the few times I've run on fatigued legs; I didn't realise they were until I started to run to the meeting point (possibly still feeling Tuesday's hard intervals). I wasn't alone - quite a few other runners had had hard weeks on their legs.

bit of a spontaneous jaunt of 6 odd miles.

Felt a bit hungry after about 500m so wasn't on it but still good to get out!

Torrential rain, gale-force winds but had to get out for a long run. 18.25 done and not as bad as I thought it would be, though slow. Now smug and warm.

Cancelled. Meant to be doing max of 6 miles barefoot with a couple of friend but probably too far on naked tootsies. Brrrrr ...
