Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

3 miles with GLW - not particularly quick because her asthma was a bit rough. But 3 miles nonetheless and I always enjoy running with GLW.

3 miles. Better than yesterday, but lots of things hurt! Still can't breath properly!

Nice 8m run with Steptoe last night at conversational pace into town and back, still pretty breezy at the moment.

5mile Tempo run today. A tad slower than I wanted and slower second half, but facing the wind heading back.

It was awesome :) A long speed session. Pyramid 2min fast, 2min recovery, 3 min fast, 2 min recovery, 4 min fast, 2 min recovery, 3min fast, 2 min recovery, 2 min fast, 2 min recovery. A wee warm up and cool down gentle run before and after. ITB behaved till the gentle jog back....interesting!! I always achieve far more than I think I'm capable of on the club runs :)

Mostly cracking, with a much fitter friend, pace a little bit quicker than normal for me, but happy to crack 10m/mile over the distance which included some resonable climbing. Able to talk now and then, weather conditions almost perfect, ground conditions also almost perfect. The usual cracking views, able to see quite a bit of the route to do, and the route done. Just a cracking run. :-)

20m long run I really did not feel like doing. Feeling v lethargic and various niggles but once I got going was OK, if cold to start and rather hard wor, even at super-slow pace. And nabbed three conquercise zones- yay!

Snot-filled but otherwise pleasurable. It was good to know I haven't actually forgotten how to run :)
