CRAP.
8 miles on the road (clack clack clack with spikes and kept getting blasted with water, ice & sludge from 4 x 4 w*nkers) followed by 5 miles in the gym.
Not happy :[ why does the snow always come to ruin our Sunday run? The ONE day of the week I get to run outside in the daylight.
UuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuGH.

No snow here on the sunny South Coast. Fantastic 20 mile LSR trail run, not a car in sight, lots of lovely soft mud and icy cold puddles to plod through 10 out of 10

14 miles in the snow/ice/slutch, really hard going, tried to stay on the road where possible as the kids were using the footpaths to sledge on I also came back covered in sludge mainly from the 4 X4 w*nkers. Other drivers were really courteous and gave me a wide berth if they could Hard work but pleased I managed it.

Lovely run in the snow - had to avoid 2 old dears rehersing for tonights dancing on ice and the very daft dads that said it was OK for their kids to sledge down a bank on to a road just as I was coming past!!!!!!
I have not seen a Sunday morning so busy for a long time.
