Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How was your run today?

Snuck in a 6 miler this morning, set my alarm for 7.30 and everything so I could get back in time to go visiting rellies. It was lovely to see daylight at that time of day, roll on longer days :)

great pace felt very happy, dropped 6 miles off due to hotspots, but a very good 14.8 with couple of challenging hills chucked in for good measure.
awesome mick :-)

Not brill, took the dogs to give them a bit of exercise, they both enjoyed it. The bit through town was not so good, but once out in the country side didn't need to pay too much attention to the dogs. HR high for pace, actual running felt shite though.
