Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

2nd run of the day in a better mood. With the dogs again, but at night without worrying about the dogs (and me) annoying golfers as we went round Newbold Comyn golf course. Dogs off the leads all the way until we got back into town.

Nice warm up followed by a 2.3 mile tempo run and a cool down jog. Enjoyed the whole thing. I'm getting back to fitness even if I'm not completely there yet.

Fantastic. 3.8 mile morning run, overcast and threatening rain but temps were perfect. 5.2 mile late afternoon run, sunny and warm. Both nice and slow for a Monday - 8:25 mile average.

3.7 miles worth of intervals today. Normally do intervals on treadmil in the eveningl, so it was good to be able to get outside and do some for a change. Felt good.

Last night. Nice simple 7 miles, first proper training run since about October. Felt brilliant. Lovely to be back in the saddle.

8 miles in total with first set of intervals I've done since September - didn't think it had been that long, but the running log does not lie. Did 6 x 1k with 1 minute recovery and was hard work but not as bad as I expected :) Time to get back into proper structured weekly running
