Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Brilliant! PB at the Bourn to Run 10k this morning on a lovely, undulating course.

Had a lovely run at lunch time with the dog. Chose a hilly area, to build stamina. Unfortunately I was having to constantly encourage the dog round as she just wanted to stop and sniff or play with other dogs. GGRRRrr

Recovery run today. Likme the fact that I was deliberately slow, yet was still faster than I was running the same distance a few months ago.

6 miles, the last one of which was rainy. Unremarkable but nice.

INterrupted by faffing about trying to get a picture of the cheeky Red Sqrl that raced me up the road for half a mile or so. Camera on the phone sadly not up to the job, however. Other than that, a pleasant ten and a bit miles home form work. And then a rather ploddy half mile to the stables to tell Roo I'd left my housekeys at work, and could I norrow hers, please? Then another ploddy half mile back home. Again.

Really nice weather, ran on the trails near my home - past some horses and up to a local village and back. South Yorkshire rocks. :-)
