Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

nice steady, but functional run. Between farms, delivering thank you letters. considerably quicker on foot as each farm is about 4 miles apart by driveable road, but less than a mile cross country. Cracking. got back and took the dogs for a run as well, even more cracking. And the weather was absolutely superb. even more cracking than even more cracking :-) :-)

Its always good to treat yourself and today a present (bought by me) arrive at the door. A pair of Innov-8 Talon 212's. So of course the 4 mile trail run through the woods was the closest thing i've experienced to being a child again. Puddles, mud and dirt splashing everywhere......Talon's christened!!!

Nice. Started with the boring bit, along the grand union canal, with the sun in front of me. Then along an old trackway towards Hunningham & Offchurch, finishing cutting across Newbold Comyn. Very slow. What a cracking day. :-)
