New marathon PB (well - first marathon run so easy peasy....the actual race was far from easy though). Popped my mara cherry!

Just a bad run I guess. I do enjoy running normally but the last couple of weeks have been tough. I had a look at my running record and I'm gradually getting slower (average 11:36min/mile). I run with my other half who is faster so I'm starting to hold him back. It just doesn't feel very rewarding at the moment. Tomorrow is another day

Just back from an 11.5 miler. My first "long" run since the Edinburgh marathon. Hot outside, and a hilly route, so quite pleased to average under 10-minute miles.

Just started raining as I completed my 13 miles this morning. Weather forecast was spot on so it was worth setting my alarm to go for an early one!
