Loved the Manchester 10k, I snuck in to the green start rather than pink so I could start with my friend from run club (we were both on the same estimated time anyway). Lost touch with her at the 5km marker. I wanted sub 60 and got 57 dead, with a negative split. Then had tapas in La Tasca afterwards. My support crew was ace (ty Little Clown)
