6 miles in the sun...strangely I elected to run in the shade. Very slow 6 miles as I'm running to heart rate and this was a long slow run. On the plus side, I didn't feel as dead as I used to on a long run.

2.15miles for me today. My first run outdoors this year! My ITB flared up last October and I went a fair while with very little running and then limited myself to the treadmill to reduce impact but feel ready for the outdoors again now (plus winters over of course!!) Tis a bit warm out but I managed a good pace (for me) with only a little walk up a little hill!

Long, slow (I had to walk part of it having broken my rythm towards the end) but not as warm as I thought it was going to be. A really nice day for a run. I'll do the same route next week and complete it without walking except across roads.

Long, slow & warm. Came through with no ill-effects which is a bonus.

Nice gentle shuffle round the vilage with my son, who has decided to take up running and, needless to say, is already faster than me. Ruddy teenagers.
