Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I've always got away too slow at CP. A few years ago, I took almost 8 minutes for the first mile because of the crowds, but then did the other 9 in almost exactly 1 hour to finish just a few seconds behind my pb.

I'd hardly call it a waste of time TMW...

I can understand you feel fed up because you have been training so hard and you didn't get what you wanted.

Nevertheless you did the ten miles in 1:08:22 which is a good time, ok so not as good as you wanted but much better than I can currently do by some 10 minutes or so...

Too cold this morning. Luckily it was only a 3 mile run.

Up until about 3 years ago, I was never completely satisfied with my races, even when I got a pb. Everyone got on at me to not be so hard on myself. I tried that and have only got 1 pb in the last 3 years. Trouble with me is that I need to be unhappy with my performances to improve even more. Fingers crossed that Sunday will give me a pb, but I will still think I could have done better. :-)

Oh, I just realised I haven't said "Well Done" yet Gobi. That is very impressive, well done. Of course you will be beating that next time around.
