How was your run today?

Legs felt a little heavy, which is a bit concerning, but I did a fast session last night, so I think that's the reason. Today was Wandsworth Common, Battersea Park and Clapham Common loop. I was treated to a yachting regatta on the Mersey this morning, some very loud music coming from a marquee in someone's garden but no sign of any partygoers. I wonder if they were all out running?! Lots of dogwalkers, cyclists and walkers but not a single runner. Was very nice though.
