Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Superb training run, found a new trail between the Pymoor Road and Little Downham. Huge -ve split and got home after racking up Half Marathon distance, sub 1:55 ;-)

One to be endured rather than enjoyed, very icy underfoot early on which didn't suit my stiff thighs, however even when on good underfoot conditions I never really got going.

My first run with my Garmin 305 (not sure thats important) 10 miles, fell over at the two mile point because of the ice. A bit slower than i wanted but I'm still gettting back into it. A good run

So muddy that large parts of it were not a run - they were a walk/wade

A wonderful run with my lovely wife, redwings and fieldfairs. 4.25 miles short but enough.

12 miles off road on tracks that were like glass. Didn't do much for my running, but the triple lutz and double salco were perfected :)
