tried an interval run for the first time hard for 3 mins then easy for 5 mins repaeated 5 times felt good noit sure if this is to far to start off with . Felt good but hard work!!

Aa lovely short 2 miles with my wife. Sunshine, sheep, lambs and running again with my wife. Life can't get better than that.

weekend in brief

Saturday 19 June

12 laps Boddington marathon in 4:45 ( our 41st FM together )

Sunday 20 June

Wombourne HM in 2:11 ( our 212 HM together )

tonight hopefully i'm going to feast on chinese soup, noodles ,rice, chicken, spring onion, prawns etc

going to rest for 2 maybe 3 days now

back to running after 10 months of pregnancy and giving birth, ran 2.5 miles on treddy :-)
