Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good lad, Ripper! Good lad!

(I take it that this is a sign of major mojo-returnitis, then?)

Club run of 8.25 miles in forest this morning on some trails not done before. Started CRAP CRAP CRAP and full of self doubt about my ability to do race next week ( although I guess its not really a race ). Eventually got into some good hills and got my mojo back. Very hot, very sweaty, very hard, some fab views of Dartmoor and about 6 deer to watch dissapearing into the trees. Maybe I will be ok on Saturday, best start to tapper now so I keep being told !!! ;)

Longest run ever and most time on feet. And still vertical. :-)
