Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Mrs Mick was at college tonight , so i thought, it's a wonderful evening, i 've got to be there at 9 pm to run back with her ( her on Electric scooter )

I BEAT her BTW

so i set off quietly ( SOLO ) no race pace, just some beautiful easy pace running, relaxing fun happy , and then met Mrs Mick

all in all 1 Hour 10 mins

i really did enjoy it all so much, cannot explain it really, but you lot being runners - you'll all know

Today's run was mostly excellent, testiing the route for a race we are planning for 26th Sept. 5 and a bit miles with a mate and the dog (dog off the lead all the way, through cattle and all!) Mate was v quick and doing turn arounds, while I was flat out! South Shropshire hills as beautiful as ever. :-)
