Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Another good run. Buzzards seen and woodpeckers heard. Loving the dry weather we are having at the moment.

Some North Tyneside - industrial/derelict/skanky/posh. It's all there!
Then the touristy Quayside, over the Millenium bridge and back into Gateshead. Bright sunshine, cool warmth (an accurate oxymoron) - maybe perfect running weather.

5 miles by the sea & sandhills once again, early doors - criminal to run on roads when such a changing & varied landscape is only minutes away from my dwelling :)

Still, another 4 miles in the bag :-)

Ran my longest distance today, 12 miles in a local forest on trails, lots of ups and downs, loved it. Took 2hrs 3min and felt ok at end. Agree with swittle, off road much better than road and traffic smells. Although sometimes can't be avoided. hink it will be a beach run tomorrow.
