Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Was meaning to do a 4 mile recovery run but it ended up a tempo run instead, last 2 miles really pushed hard to beat my 40min mark i had set.
All in all i was happy legs held out after a shocking half mara last sunday.
Do need to up my training though.

Best/longest since started running again - 7.6 very hilly miles - peace and quite (4 cars seen on the roads) and fantastic views of the Caereddau along the top. Just under 54 minutes (with ave heart rate <90%) - felt if I could go round again, but light was fading and wife wouldn't be too pleased! Feel like training is paying dividends now.
